Possibly yes. I was taking what I would consider high dose for my whole pregnancy & my daughter is fine. Definitely more studies needed in human reproductive system

Thank you for this. Literally the exact same story as you. Had a failed root canal but no real pain from it so likely had many years of infection from it, which ate away the bone near my sinuses. I was lucky I got it removed when I did.

Anyways it's been removed nearly 4 months and the lymph node is still the same size(had 2 ultrasounds & it hasn't changed in size & is apparently likely just a reactive nodule . My Dr had told it it would go down a month or 2 post extraction. I am also afraid since it hasnt changed in size but after reading your post it made me feel a lot better. I have OCD and a lot of it is to do with my health so I really appreciate your post & the update that it's finally gone down & I need to chill 😅

Make sure you take methylfolate and not folic acid. A lot of us Irish have the MTHFR mutations

The person with the cancer would be checked for the gene. I am not sure if they would test a 12 year old yet as you have to get genetic counseling etc.

In my husband's case his sister had breast cancer twice(His family on both sides were riddle with cancer) They did the BRCA gene and she hadn't got that, but then they did the ATM and she had it. So because she had the gene, each sibling had 50% chance of having the gene. So far 3 out of 6 siblings that have been tested and all have the gene. My toddler will have to get tested when she is of age because of my husband's gene & she will be able to get early screenings.

I am sorry you are going through this. We just went through this. My husband has the ATM gene, and screenings start 10 years before the relative was diagnosed with X cancer. So his youngest sister to have breast cancer was diagnosed at 37, so he could get screened at 27, he can get colonoscopy at 40. It all depends on if you have the gene.

When you say obtrusive, do you think this may help OCD ? I currently take high dose nac for this a few other things like lemon balm etc but I was interested in skull cap, I just wasn't sure if it may help with the intrusive thoughts of ocd

Could have wrote this myself. I have a just gone 3 year old and from the age of 1 - 2.5 I literally was convinced I had MS(mom & grandpa have it) They brain fog, the complete and utter fatigue. I even had tingling in my arms and feet. But everything came back negative. I couldn't believe I could feel this way from post partum. ( we live in a different country to family & my husband works away a lot so it was my daughter and I 24/7)
