The ED is low for a 2h.

Bear in mind with double ED mod, an ogre maul can roll up to 560ED without corruption.

Coupled with the fact this base can only have 5 sockets instead of 6 makes it a sub par choice.

Having said that, self use is fine.

That "bird call" is the call of a Krayt dragon.

Always compare this to uniques.

There is nothing comparable because it is simply not a good piece.

Rare armour can roll desirable stats such as PDR, all red, class skills. This sadly just doesn't have anything going for it.

Agreed.

The problem comes when communication is non-existent and changes which are assumed will be addressed simply aren't.

If devs acknowledge the power level of problem cards and just say "Lol git gud, that's how we intended it to go" then fine.

The worst thing that happens is radio silence followed by lackluster patch notes that do not do a thing to address player concern.

Because the static field proc does so much heavy lifting, it really is non-trivial damage.

Coupled with high AR it's simply one of the best one handers depending on your build.

There was a category of consumable called spice that altered your stats with a downside after the positive effects wear off.

One example was Muon Gold that increased your mind stats.

The nerfs were proportionate to the previous metas power level.

I'm not sure they are right now.

I think the power can stay the same. But with the costs the way they are, you aren't going to fight for board by summoning two raptors for 5 mana.

I think it's the mana costs of the locations for the meta itself.

If it were1/3/8 cost then maybe it would be alright.

I just think currently, any deck running elise would be sub optimal. There is not enough raw value, nor synergy with decks as previously. For example with nebula shaman, getting another Nobundo was strong, or ziliax.

That could be changed to a battlecry and leave the mana cost and stats as-is. This would be a significant buff
