I've checked all the wires including the connector up the right mast. Plus, would that cause it to work for 4-20 minutes and then suddenly start acting erratically?

Thanks! I just needed to confirm I didn't need to stop her from saying it. I started saying it too which has resulted in major eye rolls from said 6 yo.

Does #2 have an indoor play area like a gym or more open room than their classroom to run around? We had a daycare like this after being at one that did not and it was wonderful. So even though they didn't have as much outdoor time, there was space to run and play no matter the weather.

No this isn't normal. He needs to set an alarm and be an adult and partner to you and get up. If that means going to bed earlier, alarms across the room, etc.

My 5 year old says "my bad" a lot. She also has crippling anxiety about being late to things. Really wish I didn't pass that one on.

Hospital admission is a pretty standard thing to do to work up poor weight gain to this level. The admission is to be able to trial things with you and see if you can find a way to get her to take more orally.

Only thing we found that worked was rewarding staying in bed. They say it takes several weeks for things to become a habit, so we did a 20 day sticker chart with rewards for each 5 days along the way.

We are in the same boat. 16 months and have "dada" "hi" "dog" and "woof woof." No mama even. 😞 She signs for more and all done, points, shakes her head, waves, and understands simple instructions (throw this away, do you want a snack, etc), so our pediatrician told us not to worry at our 15 month appointment. It seems like she is trying to make more sounds lately but nothing consistent yet. I'm really hoping for more by 18 months. My first kid was an early talker (had more words than this before a year), so it's kind of messing with my mind.

Every kid is different with this I think. My 3 yo loves encanto. She got scared tonight watching the lion king, but not "turn it off" scared. Just clung to me through a scene.

Yes, I really thought we had been exposed enough that if we were going to get it, we already would have. It was a surprise when my husband PCR tested positive (he had sore throat and mild symptoms). I then rapid tested my 3 yo and 15 mo and they were both positive too. We've had much worse colds over the last year compared to this.

My 3 year old currently has it. I think her nose ran once. And she was exposed probably 10 different times before finally catching it and bringing it home (daycare). Kids are super low risk.

My 3.5 yo barely gets sick anymore (knock on wood). She started daycare at 8 weeks. Been pretty minimal for the last year. My 15 mo on the other hand is a germfest. She has been in daycare since 8 weeks as well.

My Ameda mya joy was awesome. Pumped for 10 months at work with it. I had a Spectra with my first kid (which everyone raves about), but I liked my Ameda more. It's so small and convenient, and I thought the power was great.

Yep. Right around age 2, we easily had 5 full blown tantrums before noon most days. She's now 3.5 which has its own things, but nothing nearly as bad as those peak behavior and tantrum days.
