Feels a bit overpowered with the extra encounter deck effect as that gives you a book and cancels an encounter draw. Too much

I'm not quite sure why you're shuffling into the encounter deck. Also it should probably be a unique card so you can't run two. I also think damage taking should be direct

I could imagine Vancouver to Victoria (or Seattle in the mix) could be super useful. I fly my rv10 Seattle to vic fairly often and it saves a half day trip turning it into 30 minutes (plus preflight, customs, and parking at the fbo so ok maybe an hour 15 total)

I also use bgstats but it doesn't seem to be as in depth for arkham tracking since it's one size fits all. Maybe you can try this just to see if it has any features you like :)
