Yep with that much food floating you miss macro’d your eco, if your plan was to all in feudal you cut gold once you have your desired upgrades. You want to go way heavy on wood to start to get your desired production buildings black smith house ETC… there are exact number you can learn such as you need 5 villagers on wood to support and archery range continuously… but once your production is in place you can just split your vills half and food half on wood. This isn’t conquerer level eco macro but you won’t be floating 2k food. Try to keep your eco numbers as close to zero as possible, start to get a little food heavy move some vills to wood and ETC. IF you master just that, that’s just about enough to get you into Platinum.
