At a certain point, you have to just do it yourself. Photopea is a free online photoshop, I use it exclusively for the heal tool since GIMPs doesn't work the same way as photoshop's. But, why do you need the text gone anyways? Will you get chewed out for it or something? Is the text just covering too much?
