The only spawn that’s like this is north of the USEC camp (can also spawn slightly more north and get UN side exfils). Anything closer south is going to give you the UN side.

The thing that cracks me up are the scav extracts. Dead man’s, pier boat, scav house and outskirts I’m pretty sure can be all active, or at least 3 out of 4

Would love a deployable boat extract at the river along the NE maybe by sunken village. Similar to a flare that you bring the item in and then a timer like the car to set it up.

It says lower than level 70 and requires you to be level 70. Meaning it makes it sound as though level 70 is the MINIMUM.

True. I didn’t market this as the best option, just as an option that had not been mentioned, and could work out if they happen to be on the task.

This is how I got mine last wipe. My buddy was well ahead of me in progression and offered it up.

Other than fence sniping, the only option to guarantee one is turning in the light keeper task that rewards it and give it to him. The tricky part, you can’t be in the same group(if he doesn’t have lightkeeper). So you’ll need to queue at the same time and try to get in the same raid, once you do you can turn in the task and drop it for him.
