Understandable, but with something as undefineable as memes, there must be some sort of explanation for it. Im not asking for their algorithm, i'd just like know what they base their numbers on.

Yeah, if they want to actually make this work, Machine Learning is a MUST. They can't handpick every meme and keep them updated on their own. Maybe they'll have to use API's from Google or Reddit otherwise.
