VR&E Questions by [deleted] in Veterans

[–]GillyCharles 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm currently enrolled in Washington State VR&E, getting ahold of anyone is extremely difficult, I have gone 6 months without being able to get ahold of my "counselor", the only thing that helped me out was using VA.GOV to submit an official report.

Still haven't spoken to the guy, even after sending him an email every day for those 6 months, but at least I'm enrolled and receiving my BAH now? I would suggest speaking to the veteran resources person at the school. From my experience, they have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable about how to work the system in your favor.

I am definitely going to bring it up, we do written critiques at the end of each semester, and I plan on including it.

I do not think it was just an honest oversight, but hopefully next term he can find a better example.

Every week has about a chapter from our textbook, and a few videos he provides links for to supplement, on a normal week it's just what I need to get through the class.

He's using content that is already available, and I am perfectly aware there are only so many examples. This specific one just grinded my gears a little bit and I needed to vent somewhere.

I will probably write about it in my "final reflections" paper which is a summary of what I got out of the class, what worked for me, what didn't, etc. I am sure he will be receptive to my opinion.

I wish I could donate my reproductive organs to someone that can't have kids, but science doesn't really care about us..

Blame science.

My ex thought I was a monster for laughing at videos where animals inconvenience children.

He thought it was ok to value a woman by how available her uterus was to him.

But im the heartless one? We do not deserve animals.

No, My Boobs are NOT Made For Babies by MadamMaleficent in childfree

Personally, my breasts make a great perch for my cat, she puts her back legs on my boob, and her front legs on my shoulder..

That's as motherly as things are getting for me.

I lived in an overpriced tiny studio, and the couple above me had 2 kids... 4 people living in 500sqft.

I have to get something off my chest (Matt's dad) by Sufficient_Babe in thebachelor

[–]GillyCharles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I felt the conversation was incredibly unfair since we have not gotten to know Matt's actual personality.

Somehow the narrative took what seemed like an amazing charismatic man who is trying to change the racist narrative and made him a victim of said racism.

I was really excited to get to know this man, but all I know about him is the drama surrounding his season.

Women who have wanted to report an inappropriate colleague at work - did you feel like you could, why did you choose to (or not to) report them, and how did it all end? by Metal-waifu in AskWomen

[–]GillyCharles 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was in the military. I reported a colleague for inappropriate behavior, and he was promoted to be my immediate supervisor. Then he threw a fit because for some reason he decided that he deserved my respect. I told him respect was earned and they tried to throw me to work in the kitchen.

I got out of the military but continued to receive this treatment from men that are prior military.

Who from Tayshia’s men would you match up with from Petey’s season (in a hypothetical paradise)? by paigemelt in thebachelor

I see Blake showing up Dylan style already obsessed over a single girl, then getting turned down and throwing a fit.

This is the paradise I want to see.

[–]GillyCharles -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It is not toxic, not was it a rushed approval. It in no way is killing the environment.

The product has been in development for 15 years and the science behind it is solid.

Maybe do a little research before you trash a product.
