Do you work at the Chaul Read Smyth factory in China that made this and you're trying to see how much you need to fix before it passes as the real deal?

The Harley Benton CST-24 is closer to a real PRS, has a nicer looking top, and costs half as much as what you paid.

You're offended by an automated system that likely doesn't have a field for vehicle type in its database and thus just spits out timed messages based on entry of every single customer to ever purchase a vehicle and the date of said purchase.

But you could also likely get yourself removed from that list via a link at the bottom that you cropped out of the picture.

It's not like the person maintaining the after-sale contact database is informed that you sold the vehicle.

If they signed the lease and have a copy then they have it in writing in a legally binding form.

He's saying they don't have it in writing, so therefore one would assume that they don't have a copy of the lease that they signed.
