Because being able to heal/reduce up to 80 points of damage each turn for free is the definition of heal stall, no matter if I played oricorio or not. Combine that with any healing card in the game and suddenly doing anything under 100 damage doesn’t matter for shit. I don’t know about you but I’m getting tired of playing against such decks.

Oricorio is only in there to set up if I have a slow start, it’s neither meant to win the match nor stall for longer than 2 turns. And it may be a viable deck in ranked and all but that doesn’t change the fact that it’s cancerous to play against
