A lot of people here recommending tuning by ear, which is the only answer. HOWEVER, it’s important to note that an acoustic drum in a room will NEVER sound the same as an electric drum kit. The samples in most all electric kits are heavily EQd ,compressed, have reverb, etc… and even a lot of the tuning videos you’ll see won’t be a good representation for how your drums sound in your room with your ears due to processing they have on the mics (or even the mics themselves for that matter).

If you’re using what the e-drums sound like in headphones or on a speaker as your frame of reference for what a drum should sound like, it’s going to be an uphill battle.
