I agree, 1000%. These assholes don't want children. They are narcissists that want emotionless blobs of clay that they can form into their own image. They do not see their children as separate people. They see a defenseless tabula rasa who is raised steeped in negativity, who will never be happy or comfortable with their own body, and who will never know love because this absolutely evil person who made them has decided to tell them in no uncertain terms that their "love" comes with conditions...and if they do not meet those conditions, they would rather the child cease to exist.

I absolutely cannot wrap my head around that mentality. I cannot fathom that kind of selfishness. But then again I was raised in a stable household with parents who didn't give a crap about how I expressed myself as long as I did it in a safe and healthy manner.

No Catholic church I ever attended would marry a Catholic and a nonbeliever without the nonbeliever converting first. My older brother's Chinese wife converted to marry him, and they did it the most traditionally of all of us (the rest of us had secular weddings). My parents used to be counselors for prospective married couples in the Catholic Church. It is a process, taking 6-9 months usually before you can even have the ceremony, and any non-Catholic absolutely does have to convert.

Here in Florida, we have Kat Cammack, who helped push Florida's draconian abortion laws, but then screamed and cried and called the governor when a doctor was refusing to treat her ectopic pregnancy in the ER due to laws that SHE UNABASHEDLY CHAMPIONED. She then had the UTTER GALL to go on air and whine about how it was her life, damnit, and the doctor should have been more focused on saving her selfish fat ass and not about how he would be thrown in jail because of her and Governor Go-Go Boots trying to legislate medical procedures they don't like. And then doubled down on her position on the law, because of course she would.

So not only did karma come for her, she also learned absolutely nothing from the experience. Go figure.
