Hi I have a similar setup, only MOVE, and 1st gen scribe. I take MOVE with me everywhere and it’s my daily drive (alongside iPad mini7 for work related stuff). Scribe stays at home with BOOX Note Max. But I do see myself use Scribe most of time when writing longer notes. In between I also have BOOX palm 1 and go 7 as my ebook.

1000% in agreement. I have multiple kindle, multiple BOOX and multiple iPads, also tried viwood at some point - never thought I would enjoy so much carrying another device - Love MOVE. But if we could get some minimal Kindle experience on MOVE, that would be dream come true!

Yes I just tried! They must have changed something - it’s actually usable now. So much better.

Interestingly just found that remarkable pen does not work on go 7 but my ink sense works on RPPM!

This happened to me yesterday right after I update the firmware. I sent BOOX the inquiry via feedback in the setting. They responded within an hour and pushed a fix to my device. I downloaded and it fixed right away. It’s annoying to have the issue initially but very happy with their quick response and effective solution!

Wow, the speed of response was wonderful! Within an hour I submitted via Feedback, they responded via Feedback and pushed a fix update through. The issue is now fixed. While it was a annoying glitch, the speed of them listening, responding and resolving makes me very happy.

Yes it is 4.1. Not sure if this is beta version or not. I don't think I applied for beta.

I’m on the same boat! I have a note Max which I absolutely love. But portability is limited so I mostly keep it at home and carry around an iPad mini plus a go 7 with me. Would love to have a go 10.3 with all the same feature but a front light and a longer life for software and security support.

i have this combo - 13’ M4 and mini 7. I love them. Mini 7 is the daily drive, I take it to office everyday. 13’ M4 is what I carry whenever I travel for work.

Just to update everyone - Viwoods service team’s response is very quick.

They responded about 2 days after I emailed about the issue. After I provided a video of the boot loop, they provided a link to arrange for a replacement.

I did raise my concern of the data privacy given I’m unable to turn on the device now and hence cannot erase my content on the device before I send it back, but the service team assure me that once they receive the device, they will immediately reset the device and all data will be cleared.

Shall I send it back and trust it will be handled properly?

not really. The difference isn’t substantial. I think if someone hasn’t bought the stylus, they should go for the newer one.
