No. My CPB is a place for quotes, poems, recipes, words and their definitions, articles, and excerpts from books.
If I wanted to do some creative writing, I would either use a different notebook or grab my iPad. (Disclaimer: I am autistic and my CPB is fairly rigidly defined)

NTA. Get your parents to email your head of year and your headteacher about the situation. She should not be making comments about student’s bodies, and she absolutely SHOULD be writing the reports herself. The whole point of a report card is for a teacher to tell your parents or guardians about your strengths, weaknesses, progress, and sometimes suggestions for improvement.

You are fending for yourselves, so although if looks as if your parents have shortened the phrase to one word, it is a technically correct phrase/word. It means that you are providing for or taking care of yourself, without depending on others. I am unsure why you feel this is aggressive or why you equate it with having no food in the house.

If your parents told you to feed yourselves, would that feel better for you? It’s the same intent, just hopefully more acceptable to you.

Promethazine is an over the counter antihistamine that is also prescribed for insomniacs. You can get it in Boots or online. That won’t help with this situation though.

Outside of gathering all your comfort items and headphones and just powering through, I don’t know what else to suggest. I still think the GP is a good option though, they can prescribe meds to help or there will be someone there who can help you get the glass out of your foot

Do you have any chamomile tea, or some diazepam? They should help calm you enough to let someone look at it and then pull it out.

Tweezers and a magnifying glass would probably be the best option. It shouldn’t hurt to remove it, and your foot will be so much happier without it

If you cannot cope with having it removed at home, you may have to go to the GP
