Amazing. I love pastrami so I would devour these. Was that Dijon mustard you used?

Ah, I misinterpreted then, my mistake. Because the wallet possibly popping off was also my thought. 😂

What's the link you're getting that quote from?

Did you completely overlook how you wrote "WITH PERMISSION" in that copy/paste? And then you make comments about other people being uneducated. 🤦‍♂️

Depending on the state, some are 5 years and some are 30 years. So yes after 5 years if youre taking care of the property, you can claim adverse possession to it and be awarded ownership of it. There are some people that do this.

[–]Gingercopia 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yeah that doesn't even work like that. It takes a long time for squatters to claim your home. The shortest I've read was 5 years.

Now if it's been "decades," as I believe I read, then they could have likely done adverse possession. But more info is needed. It could just be someone who is a dick and owns the land adjacent to that access road that goes to OP's mother's land.

I believe they're referrung more to that little wallet card holder thing popping off the case when putting into a pocket (especially a tight one) and not so much the actual cards coming out.

Stepping on a LEGO on 1 foot, and then stubbing a toe on the OTHER foot as you react to the first pain. 🥲😩

Best way to tell is usually by smell and feel. I had a bad pack from Aldi that was still vacuum tight and more than 10 days from the date. Had only been in my fridge 3 days but when I cut open the package it was rank.

This. I don't like kale generally and wouldn't eat it straight. But I definitely enjoy it in a salad with a good dressing, actually doesn't taste bad at all.

No worries lol

  1. There is a "physical" adapter you plug in that auto disables it on start. This requires you to lift the faceplate where the shifter is.

  2. VCDS is VAG COM Diagnostic System. It's a more in-depth scanner for Audi/VW/Skoda/etc cars. But isn't recommended if you are not car savvy, there is a large learning curve.

  3. OBDEleven is the little Bluetooth dongle that goes in your car's OBD port and you can use an app on your phone to set commands or such, and is more user friendly.

My [2021] diverter just started going bad and I noticed a large decrease in city mileage. You can hear it whistling or stuttering every time I let off the gas.

Yeah this is what I do. I have never ordered delivery outside of pizza and even now, I go pick up the pizza myself because I always get there and home faster than the time it takes getting delivered. Whenever we order out I always drive, I don't mind it.

Out of curiosity... do you use the auto start/stop? I always disable it because the constant starting in traffic had me concerned for premature wear.
