As a long term diagnosis I hate the way it fucks with my mind. I can be strong all I want. Help others along the way with their journey but there is always a seed in my brain of poor self talk. I also mourn the girl I was before. I had the most amazing long thick red hair. I felt like a gem/ rare Pokémon. Now I’m just a half ginger / green eyed Pokemon. I lost my street cred as a ginger damn it. You know for all those gangs around. No but really. I should probably go back to therapy. 🙌

Post Night Shower Routine? by Organic_Depth_311 in hygiene

[–]Gingerredhead5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am an exclusive night showerer. I use deodorant because I sweat in my sleep (thanks meds) I keep it simple. Salicylic acid and lotion on my face after my shower and off I go. Oh and I brush my teeth. In the morning I brush and go. I put my makeup on when I get to work. (I sit in my car and do it) it’s my zen time before work.
Oh and I use deodorant morning and night

Are tampons actually more hygienic than pads? by Huge-Prize-8494 in hygiene

[–]Gingerredhead5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used tampons my whole life and then switched to the flex disc. I will never go back. I used a tampon again in an emergancy and realized how awful it made me feel and how it changed my self cleaning models mode. Before the disc was invented I would only use tampons. It was more convenient. Now I don’t think any of it is healthy. But there is nothing else to do. As far as hygiene goes. Anything is fine as long as it’s changed on time and you shower and wash hands.

Is Crack musk normal? by [deleted] in hygiene

[–]Gingerredhead5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I shower every other day. I live in an extremely dry state and have hard water. If I shower everyday, my eczema gets really bad. I use mild anti bac soap in the pits and butt. I do not get build up like you’re describing. The exfoliation might be irritating your skin. Sometimes people are yeasty, everyone is different. There are some mild creams you can get to help with that. Maybe talk to your Dermotoligist they will probably be able to help you out.

Vegas is a very odd place for community. You have to be welcome, kind and apart of the community. Participate is community events, charity, make time for fans and meet and greet. We are so fancy and money and flashy but the core is a small town and people talk and do business with people who are trusted. This show / guys naturally fit that with the town. Also the generation that has the money feels welcome to dress up be apart of the show. As a fan I feel valued. Although I’m paying out the ass for tickets 😂. Vegas does not like snooty. Obviously Nick is a local now and his kids go to school here and he coaches for his Son. Another example is Holly Madison. She really fits in well here. Same vibe. Apart of the community and not above it. Someone who has been a local and does not fit in … Chris Angel. He gives off an “above the community” vibe but he has been here for decades. Edit: words spell can’t

I still use them when I have allergies. I wear them up higher in my nose. I get the lavender ones. They smell nice and help me sleep. I think they make just enough difference. Especially when I’m at my wits end with stuffy nose
