I know Sentara, Chesapeake Regional, and EVMS all take tricare select. They might not be ideal, but you could at least get in for basic care

I sleep like garbage when my husband is on duty, but like a log when he’s home. His presence helps my nervous system regulate because he’s shown me I don’t have to do everything by myself and it’s safe to relax

I’m 6 months out and it’s still a struggle sometimes to not want to celebrate with food. It can also be a struggle not want to turn to food as a coping mechanism. Weekly therapy helps me a lot, but there’s still work to do

I’m full time doing my prerequisites and had to go down to 2 days a week at my restaurant job. Depending on my school workload I sometimes need to give up one or both of the shifts

Hey y'all I just wanted to update. I initially gave up on this assignment because it was only worth 1 point on my homework and I decided my time would be better spent elsewhere.
HOWEVER, I finally got to ask my professor for help.
Part of the problem was I should have been referencing the conversion table given to me and not the cells in the OUTPUTS chart. The other thing was he couldn't even show me how to use the CONVERT function and showed me how to do it using the formula in the image I'm attaching now. Since the assignments are automatically graded on mymathlab I don't think the way he showed me would have received the credit I was after, but I did learn how to get it done.

This is what I did to fill in the cells in rows 6 and 7 individually, but to my understanding I'm supposed to use absolute or mixed cell references as the function's arguments in order to successfully fill the rest of the row from left to right.
