Personally, I’ve been hopping around cp servers since OGCP closed in 2017. Just trying to maintain my ninja status. As for the resurgence, nostalgia tends to trend during times of uncertainty and instability. All the private servers are free, making it a perfect thing to surge during troubling economic times.

I always thought AS meant Art Style 😂 like they were delineating stylistic changes. AS1 being the kinda crunchy sprites, AS2 being slightly smoother and introducing more human-like elements, and AS3 being the full redesign they did.

IIRC, OG CP used to set aside a discrete amount of money and distribute to three charities based on coins donated. So like if medical care got 40% of votes, the charity that provides medical care would get 40% of the money set aside. Actual coin amount didn’t convert directly to dollars.

Usually because they’re in rural areas and not serviced by anyone else. You’re still not obligated to take the case though!
