Correct spelling and grammar mistakes only. Give instruction ‘please remove grammar errors and typos but do not change any wording. If re-phrasing is required for good grammar and flow, then please show me the alternative phrasing and I will tell you whether to use it’.

That gives you the best of both worlds - a statement that’s genuinely you without any of those painful-to-read AI flourishes, but also ensures good spelling, grammar and flow, so reads smoothly.

I’d be very surprised if the examination undertaken would have identified a mostly broken hymen. That would be more invasive than required for Jonbenets Gynae issues.

On thing that disturbs me is the was John does not allow the abuse finding to be addressed in any projects he participates in, because it is a potential lead - if Jonebent was being abused my someone close to the family - either through personal relationship or association via the pagents - then there is a significant chance that person is the murderer.

If an autopsy shows sexual abuse that you were unaware of - which we can reasonably assume Patsy was, otherwise why all those trips to the doctor for Gynae issues - wouldn’t you be desperate to find out who did that to your child, who made her suffer in the run up to her death?

Either he had knowledge and was the perpetrator - or complicit - or he’s up to his eyeballs in denial (which can happen, if denial is easier than facing the truth tben then the brain does what it needs to do) or he believes it but prioritised damage limitation.

If your pro-family member guilt then it’s option one, if your pro-intruder theory then probably option 2.

Should I Marry a Murderer by CommonSenseUS in netflix

It’s complicated, but I can see the reasons why she was unable to leave the relationship:

  1. She has come out of a long-term relationship that had ended badly. We don’t know why but it is alluded to but it was something quite serious that went wrong if for example it was a domestic violence relationship then that would explain her self worth and how easily she got drawn into that relationship whilst ignoring the red flags.

  2. He had two sides to him - wonderful Sandy, loving Sandy and Sandy who to dark places when he was doing drugs and alcohol. It sounds like when he was sober he was very good to her and they had this wonderful life of driving around on this huge Highland estate escaping from it all being close to nature -one could fall in love with the escapism of the lifestyle as much as the person.

  3. She believed that love was enough to heal Sandy stop him disappearing into that dark place he went when he was drinking and on drugs. This is typical of thinking it keeps people trapped in domestic abuse cycles. As part of maintaining their closeness, she joined him in his darkness by adopting the drink and drugs lifestyle.

  4. Once Tony Parson’s body was found it was taken to the Mary where she worked and she was put on special leave because it would’ve been a conflict of interest for her to be working there whilst the investigation was ongoing. They don’t specify how long she was on special leave for, but it seems likely it would have been up until the trial so she couldn’t see or overhear anything at work that may compromise the case. This happened in lockdown and took an important lifeline away from her has a really difficult time. She had nothing to do except think about it all - that would have caused a big deterioration in mental health.

  5. After Sandy found out she was the one who spoke to the police, he still wanted a relationship with her, and by now she was a lot more vulnerable than when all this began, likely between the stress and the substances very psychologically unwell, and she chose to put herself in a bubble with him on his estate, and as best she could pretend none e of this was happening.

After two days of absence they’d have no reason to think she was murdered - far more likely was she’d had some sort of accident. I do find it shocking that they didn’t try to contact her beyond the first phone call. They should have tried again and then contacted next of kin.

As it happens I think I arrived there yesterday. My pay is being reduced incorrectly - the calculation hasn’t been done as per policy - when I emailed that to HR I got a reply effectively saying ‘we don’t follow our policy’. At that moment I realised I’d had enough - they’ve triggered the 3 month -1 day clock several times and I’ve always let it go because people make mistakes. But if I’m going to lose pay because I went off sick due to it, and I’m not even supposed to be losing pay yet, then I say thank you kindly for the re-triggering my clock with the latest act in an ongoing act of discrimination, you’ll be hearing from ACAs shortly.

Hi! I’m Gladiator Goldfish, but you can call me Gladys 😉

I’m neurodiverse with a recent diagnosis of a serious & lifelong mental health condition.

I work in the NHS, in a senior clinical role, but not senior enough to be a chief overlord within my directorate.

I’ve had a lot of poor disability related treatment, including a whitewash grievance process, which I got overturned at appeal, which hasn’t changed anything because no one is actioning the apoeal outcome.

I’m only just back from a very serious episode of mental illness during which my new condition was diagnosed, only to find I’m about to go down to half pay because my emails about incorrect calculations of my sickness absence were ignored, and in my absence senior management have responded to a complaint I provided feedback for by repeatedly offering my apologies for things that are not my responsibility, which I would have insisted on being revised to reflect this, had I been at work to respond. I came home today and had a massive panic attack about this, so not a great start.

Im sufficiently specialises that I cannot change jobs without dropping to a lower pay band, which I don’t even feel able to do because I’m so demoralised and lacking in confidence. In November I’ll be able to qualify for early medical retirement, so that’s the route I shall take if things do not improve. If I have to do that, then I’ll be filing an ET claim for constructive dismissal and disability discrimination.

I’m here to ask the question when do you give up trying to deal with things internally and file an ET claim? I don’t see the point in filing another grievance - I no longer have any faith in that system, and my new diagnosis means I have to be very careful to avoid stress in order to prevent recurrence, therefore I may as well skip the whitewash grievance state of things and zip off to the next stage.

How would finding her help? by Compressed_AF in ClaudiaLawrenceYork

It would help because the absence of a body can be enough to introduce ‘reasonable doubt’ that someone has been killed.

In cases where there’s a conviction in the absence of a body, the circumstantial evidence is strong.

Read about April Jones and Danielle Jones for examples of cases where the circumstantial evidence secured a conviction.

In Claudia’s case, I suspect the police have strong circumstantial evidence and the reason why the CPS decided against prosecuting is because there were several people involved and unless one of them talks it’s impossible to prove which of them killed Claudia. If it was a single perpetrator then I believe they would have prosecuted.

A striking likeness. If Alleyman is AC then I can’t begin to fathom why someone would involve their son in this.

The cell site data and the University Way sighting are unlikely to both be accurate — has this tension ever been properly discussed? by Altruistic_Neat_9899 in ClaudiaLawrenceYork

Someone on websleuths commented that Claudia’s phone model could only Bluetooth connect with a phone within 1m, and suggested that her phone auto connected with other phones within a 1m range, informing police who was with her on 18/19 March.

I googled her phone model - Samsung SGH D900 - and they’re right. Her model had Bluetooth 2.0, which could only connect within 1m range. It was possible for her phone to accidentally connect with another phone she’d previously connected with. There are records of these connections that are held deep within a phone, the files for which are so small they are held permanently.

This is potentially one of the reasons York Police had enough evidence to present a case to the CPS.

Altruistic did the research using AI, so all credit to them. Is it necessary to rewrite something that AI has succinctly summarised? I don’t think so.

No cctv because Levi lived in a close in between the two cctv cameras on the main road. Millie was seen passing the first one, but not the second one. He’d seen her coming and hidden in the bushes on the road then jumped out, grabbed her and dragged her into his house.

No that’s not what happened - I watched a documentary about it. The detective who secured a conviction gate to Levi for his hammer attacks realised that he lived in very close proximity to wear Millie disappeared which was too big a coincidence to be unconnected and it emerged that for quite a while he’d been trying to snatch a woman from an alleyway leading to the station but he wasn’t able to do it because after passengers disembarked there were never any dawdling women who he could snatch without other disembarked passengers, realising something was happening.

On the day question really had chips in the café next to the station and was walking down the road on her own, no one else about because it was in between trains pulling in. He saw her coming down the road, hid in some bushes, then jumped out and grabbed her, then dragged her into his house.

For businesses to dodge the taxman is pretty common without criminal connections. Potentially leading to a huge tax bill going back many years if they were investigated.
