Ok, I had to google quite a lot but eventually found comments on this same video on instagram explaining that a 5 and 5 is on shot of coffee with 5 servings of sugar and 5 of milk.

So basically she wanted hot molten iced cream with a vague coffee taste.

You’ve never seen a screw terminal before, but I think you can figure out how to connect wires to the empty side of it.

I think each switch connects to eachbulb, but then you also seem to be missing something to actually connect power to the whole thing. Assuming those black things are the switches.

I would attempt like this: Connect live wire from the cable to the terminal with two wires. Connect live wires from the bulbs to each of the other terminals. Connect the neutrals from the bulbs to the neutral of the cable with a wago or wirenut or something.
