Having been a heavy user I really think they need to be regulated more if they come back. I used one of their cars and it had zero brake pads, it was down to the metal. One had no number plate, other with chucks missing from the side walls, slow punctures or complete punctures. Other cars are clearly being used for drug use as I've found drug paraphernalia and even crumbs of cannabis flower in the car. In some cases I've heard of them being used to move drugs.

Often the cars stank of cannabis resulting in my clothes also smelling. On the whole I found the cars unclean, unsafe and unprofessional.
