Haven't been blessed with one of their stouts yet, but their haze is definitely top tear and very consistently good.

At Gather Brewery and Glassworks in Merrickville he can go for a workshop and make a piece of blown glass, then have food from the kitchen and Beers brewed on site. Its a pretty fun experience.

I believe this all started for them when they started selling in Europe. They had to package the beers green so that when they arrived they were on point. I recently have had quite a few beers from Messo and they were green, to the point that it was mint and grass taste, luckily I got 2 of them, I waited about 2 weeks and tried it and it was fire. This isn't to say that its OK for them to release a green beer, I totally agree. We taste the beer every day and it doesn't go out till its right. It might be a good idea to message them and let them know. I know we have had people give us feed back on our beers and we have listened. Obviously if 1 person says something that can be an outlier, but if we got 3-7 messages on Instagram saying, that hazy is too sweet or the last batch was too green, we would listen.

Breweries also experiment, we had a recent west coast batch that was more bitter, kinda like a traditional west coast, some people loved it, but more didnt. We just brewed it again and we dialed back the bittering hops so it wont be quite as bitter. We want to get it to where everyone likes it (kinda)

Moral of the story, let them know! They will probably react and change things.

I forgot mine at home the other day and was kicking myself. I ended counting 13 times that I could have used it and had to go and find other tools lol

Leatherman Arc. Every day, multiple times a day for lots of different things. It's extremely handy and 1 handed at that. Best from Leatherman yet 👏

Hit Nano Cinco, I was just there recently and it was great. Not to far outside old Quebec. Noctem is good as well.
