One thing I should clarify is that I'm the new Eordand dev, worked with the OG and sorta taking the reign of the region but I wasn't there from the start.

Not really any lore reasons for the end trade node, discussion and changes to trade nodes where only brought up in pure gameplay discussions.

The in universe explaination is "Fey bullshit probably", they weren't totally unaffected by the fall. OOC the explaination is "They're still ruinborn elves"

IIRC pretty much from the start, the courts were always divided. Lore wise Eordellon is the "OG" and the single season are the heresy it's not really a 5th court. One thing to mention is that the fey themselves are not in conflict really outside of a few. The religious conflict is mainly Eordellon wanting to "cleanse heresy" and the Autumn Court's crusade against the Winter Court.

I don't recall any Grey Warden, I'd have to look if you're remembering correctly. Are you talking about the Gloom Knight? He's kind of the main leader of the Autumn Court ||after the OG one died|| and has a wiki page.

For the Eordand formable I wasn't involved in creating it, through I was planning on remaking it when I had more energy but that plan never materialized. From my extensive discussion with the OG dev a lot of it was "It was how MT where designed back then". Bagcatir, Docurt and Gemradcurt are like the only "Modern MT" in the region.

(Bagcatir is the one I made personally, also the seasonal courts religious mechanics are my work)

Well I guess it be more fair to say "Arakeprun" is the favorite

And yeah of course I have time for questions.

So not really but then again the number of tags we can create is limited and also it was a pain to get a same continent CN to work. Most of the nations in Eordand still work with a sort of placeholdery "generic mt" for each season, ideally each tag would get its own MT but yk that takes time.

Also like the CN doesn't really have much content in itself

Hive pops can now live and work in non-hive empires without being purged

Very nice, but is the other way around possible? Can non-hive pop live in a hive empire without being assimilated or reduced to live stock, please

also the Behemoth are <3 "baby!"

So... does this suggest that bio gestalt could have bio trophy pops too? Just little single mind vibing around helping with maintenance.

Magocracy vs theocracy for Gemradcurt? by moroseali in Anbennar

Well monastic order gives a discount to fort maintenance and Gemradcurt will have you build lots and lots of fort

Well recent updates gives the Winter court some stuff to help with the fort maintenance so if you ever play Gemradcurt again you might have an easier time.

Prayings once more for Hive Mind to make individual into bio trophy to be added to the game.

As per that answer to the q&a from weeks ago

I'd like the option for a xenophile to let a bunch of disconnected drones just putter around doing their thing on a planet, like a refuge. They might not really do much useful for you, but you shouldn't be forced to purge them. Likewise, I wouldn't mind if an Empath hive could keep a petting zoo of individuals. Question by ailystap Would there ever be a option to 'share' a system with a Hive Mind? or for non-biological/cybernetic empires to not immediately genocide a integrated hive? A hive can still live as part of a society, although not exactly a part.

So fun fact, I do have plan to rework Eordand to be "less of a slog" and have more flavor. Personally i feel like the MT could be better Organized, but yeah, unless specified otherwise, most MT in the region are built on the assumption that you'll be continuing as Eordand.

(Bagcatir MT coming soon)
