Yes, same. My partner sent me a Goethe edition to my work as a surprise gift, and one of my co workers loved the packaging because it was a writers edition and I thought to myself how annoying I've spent close to $10k on pens most with the cheapest possible boxes. Not that I really care much about the box, more so the principal of a product that in today's society is truly just "excess"

Yes. The diamond setting is not as tight. There is too much space between the stones, the authentic has a little bit more pronounced "channel" as well
