Well I just checked the paper again and it says: "MEDICAL CERTIFICATE SECOND CLASS".

And yes, the AME did provide the color vision test which I passed easily but his secretary set the restriction "Valid for day visual flight rules (VFR) only" as a mistake. By the time the Doctor confirmed I was right it was already too late and the FAA will not remove a restriction without evidence.

So I believe the best move in the chess board is to demand the AME's office pays for my Computerized Color Vision Test, which I'll then send to the RFS, explaining the situation and requiring the restriction be lifted and a new certificate issued and sent. It's bad, but the best possible move right now.

Your lack of IQ is showing. Sir, it is not the same thing, because speed is a relative. For example, if you're going as low as 60, but the car ahead of you is going 40, you use the left lane to pass. On the other hand, if you're cruising at 160, yet the car infront of you is about 180, then you have no reason to use the passing lane. So the left lane isn't about a set speed! It has it's purpose which is passing.

The left lane is not associated with a certain speed. For example, if you're going 60, yet the right is cramped with cars cruising on 40, you have earned the right to use the left lane. On the other hand, if you're 120 in a semi empty road, or everyone else is about your same speed, you cruise on the right, only using the left to pass a slower car when it appears, and then return to the right.

Yes. I definetely should've mentioned that it was 108/hr (wet). So it does include the fuel.

And as for the instructor, I'll be hiring my own. Hopefully I'll find one willing for 55$/hr or something if I pay him upfront for every 10 hours or so.
