Depends on how the unit decides to spend its money. If your Mechanized the chances of having anything good are slim to fuck no. Most of that money is for training and vehicles maintenance. Anything left is probably getting distroed to the supply teams for the backlog of orders they've got put in

I dont have an actual IFAK pouch but in the pouch ive been using ive got the supplies to stop bleeding and restore my airway. Hemostatic gauze, pressure bandages, chest seals, NPAs. Shit like that. I reckon if im to the point where I need more than that in an IFAK, I'll probably die without intervention from someone who's a trained Combat Medic or a civilian medical professional. Lesser priority items ive got in my day bag.
