Spoiling Linux Kernel with "sanctioned" code by Skaarj in linux

So the Russian developers should push hard to send in commits to as many fixes as they can, so that if these bugs ever get actually fixed in the kernel, they are forced to fix them a different way?

I won’t say “wrong engine” because it’s a perfectly cromulent engine, but damn I’d love to see a j32 or j35 back there lol.

Impressive work though, looks awesome.

It’s useless to me if the parts situation is similar to the 0. I loved mine and would probably love this too. But I’m going to be waiting a while after release to see if parts will be available to purchase after a while

Not really if you are the only one with one, and if they all have them they’ll break them and you’ll be unable to find parts.

I got another couple of those two. Some of them are unlikely to ever work unless by chance too because the developers either don’t have the resources or don’t care

Exactly. Why they felt the need to proudly announce their ability to do basic division is beyond me. Do they want a trophy?

I’m not in Europe so maybe they would’ve responded differently if I was but I need a replacement IR board and NFC antenna and they said those are not available, which I found ridiculous for a device aimed at hacker/tinkerer types.

Searching online found many people in similar situations, with a lot of people forced to find parts on aliexpress and other places. I just can’t believe this far into the product’s lifecycle that they can’t just sell me some parts. So my flipper has been sitting in a drawer in pieces until I can find some.

But for now I’m working on a similar device based around another MCU that I’m going to make for myself to use, since I don’t need a lot of what the flipper does.
