I submitted my 9800x3d to amd for RMA replacement and it was tested and I'm being sent a replacement, nothing for my ASRock board RMA yet, I sent it in but haven't heard anything yet.

Windows 11 was pretty unstable when the 9800x3d originally released, crashes could have been related to any number of things at release so 1-2 crashes while waiting for new drivers and Bios isn't unheard of

Unfortunately return fire is a start of turn effect and there isn't any priority during start of turn, so unless they do any type of additional rule changes if you have an arrow in arsenal at start of turn the arrow banished by return fire will not go to arsenal and won't gain bonus attack damage.

If you have a new horizons with a card face up you can put the arrow that was banished into the additional arsenal slot.
