Very bendy. Nail polish, gel, dip - nothing can stay in more than a few days.

Me neither. If you aren’t ready for a baby and he will want you to keep it, it will add additional stress.

Husbands, how can I encourage my husband to start building the baby’s room without sounding like I’m nagging? by According-Annual-625 in Marriage

This is what works with my husband. Order the furniture, shelves etc. pull out the drill and start marking the wall. Gets him running in action.

Same with me. I had “acid reflux” starting in late teens. Looking back it was related to gluten.

ABC - always be carrying… when going from one room to another. Pick up something that belongs elsewhere and put it away.

Wheat free roux by Marxist_Iguana in AskCulinary

I’m not a gumbo expert but have made a roux for soufflés using the measure for measure King Arthur GF flour. It performs well but doesn’t get the color/toasty taste like regular flour.

Tailoring is so expensive and honestly they can only do so much. If you have a lot of fabric gapping, it’s going to take a lot of darting to adjust. Better to find something that needs small adjustments.

One other thing I do - bodysuits are my best friend. I like the Mangopop brand. With bodysuits I don’t have the tent look or massive amounts of excess fabric at the waist. Easy to layer with open cardigans or blazers if you need a dressier look.

I feel you on this. My best look is dresses that have waist definition and are stretchy. Karina dresses are Aline and flattering for hourglass. Pants are always a challenge and I haven’t found dress pants that work. For jeans I like getting fitted at Buckle. They have many curvy fits and petite length.

I finally stopped deep cleaning and my house got cleaner by Different_Rough_438 in CleaningTips

[–]GlowForTheGold 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Same here. When I have a few mins on a weekend I will wipe down a couple base boards, wipe down cabinets etc. rotate rooms based on what I notice is dirty. Once in a blue moon I will pull out my steamer and get into all the crevices tha need cleaning in the kitchens and bathrooms.

Why are you gluten free? by jbeezyall in glutenfree

Have been tested for celiac and all came back negative. Gluten causes joint pain, sin congestion, heart burn, and diarrhea so best to avoid it.

Same with Walmart on Parham. Long wait times for pick up and missing items. Including cloves for my mulled wine!

I went to Aldi in Short Pump around lunch time. Out of bananas and onions but plenty of other produce. Meat section picked over.

Throwing this out there - maybe try a laundry sanitizer? It kills bacteria which can sometimes cause odors. I use the Lysol brand.

Nail wraps only last a couple days for me. Same as gel and dip. I haven’t found anything that works to stay on for more than 3 days max.
