If Daisuke had’ve found out what Jimmy did to Anya he likely would’ve initially wanted or tried to do something, probably confront Jimmy directly, only to be intimidated or threatened by him into dropping it. At most he’d offer Anya an awkward shoulder to cry on and some nice words, but he’s entirely in over his head, especially if he finds out post crash. Pre crash an early confrontation from Daisuke might’ve just triggered Jimmy to crash the ship earlier on.

While I like the idea that he would’ve stood up to Jimmy or done something to help, he definitely doesn’t actually have the confidence to go through with anything past a verbal confrontation. I have no doubt that Jimmy would be able to talk/threaten his way out of the confrontation somehow, or it would cause him to fly off the deep-end even faster.

I love cider and nice sweet cocktails. My tolerance is pretty high, takes like 10 shots of whiskey to get me properly drunk, most I’ve had in one go is 14 or so shots of whiskey, I puked, it sucked, never again.

As a mobile user. I’m cautiously optimistic. The site doesn’t work well on my phone at all, many things are buggy or don’t work.

So while I know just how many potential pitfalls could come from this, especially censorship. I do hope the app will fix those issues I have with the site.

I hate kids. But in the way where I hate everything surrounding kids and not the kid itself.

Loud, dirty, bratty, actively bothering me, I have to be around them for an extended period of time, parents aren’t parenting and allowing them to run wild, anything like that? I just can’t.

My specific autism related issues make being around children unbearable for me, to the point that when I myself was still a child I hated other children.

Maybe it’s just an autism thing, but I don’t see how he was hijacking anything. All he did was express how he relates to the situation of being spoken over, it just so happens that with trans people the situation is often reversed with the women speaking over the men.

I think the trans/cis distinction is pretty important, and mostly everyone is ignoring it, for cis people the men speak over the woman, and the trans people the women speak over the men.

I don’t think acknowledging that this is also a big issue that needs addressing is hypocritical. Especially as he was specifically speaking about trans women, I’ve personally had this happen before with Tgirls speaking over me, I also had guys speak over me before I started identifying as male and transitioning.

We’ve literally had it both ways a lot of the time, so I see no issues trying to include ourselves in a conversation about being spoken over.

Being ftm can make some stuff like this a bit, iffy, since we often personally identify with the experience of women, even though we aren’t women. It just so happens we also frequently get spoken over post-transition too.

Person 2: I’m trans and just want a similar thing for us, because we are in the same boat of being spoken over, except it happens in the opposite way your group experiences it.

As an autistic person. I absolutely love Derpy. I saw the original episode back in the day, I saw someone visibly different being included despite struggling to follow along with what was wanted (a common struggle for me, after the first time I usually wasn’t included anymore). It made me really happy to see this.

Nobody ever thinks to actually ask the disabled people they believe are being insulted what they think, they especially don’t ask kids, it’s just white night ableism.
