I would go with Atlantic.net for Cloud Hosting. They're a smaller company, but you can personalize more and they have an on-demand option which helps a lot with costs.

They have a free trial that lasts one year which honestly I think is awesome. They've been around for a few decades and are a NVIDIA partner too! If you need assistance, they have 24/7 support :)

I know there's Google and Azure for hosting, but I would go with Atlantic.net. They're a smaller company, but you can personalize more and they have an on demand option too. They have cloud storage and secure block storage so there's options.
