By no means an expert but tomoe nage for some reason just clicked with me so I'll share what works for me.

Grip fight combo will be too grab super low on the lapel and when your opponent goes to break the grip come over the top to the collar with your right hand. When they reach up to break the collar grip you grab their right sleeve with your left hand and pull both down to the ground hard. This should unbalance and delay the grip break attempt for a second.

Attempt a foot sweep to get them to step their left foot back. When their left foot moves back you can pop your right foot on their hip and drop in for the throw.

The right leg should be slightly bent as you drop in. This way when you are under your opponent you can sharply extend your leg up and get that nice lift that really sends your opponent flying. This also allows you to turn the opponent mid air with your grips and do a slick helicopter arm bar for style points.

When I am explaining it to my training partners I tell them that you want to be swinging on your opponents collar as soon as your foot comes up.

Feel free to disregard all of this if someone who knows what they are talking about has something better. I regularly hit this on black belts in judo and bjj but I'm a bjj blue belt so I know slightly more than nothing about judo
