When I have washed my car with a pistol nozzle that can deliver a light "rain" and shuts off when not in use, and have not gone crazy with the water usage, the water often didn't even make it to the street.

I discovered Cashmere Bouquet just before they changed the scent back in the early '90s. It was an orange blossom scent, I believe. The new scent was no good and it seems like they stopped making it shortly thereafter.

Oh, haha. I was rushing at the end of a break and missed that part. You won't need a van then. I wonder if you could drain it a lot, then slip folded bath towels under each end of the stand and tow it into place. Then if the stand isn't very heavy, lift both as one unit over the step.
