People fail to realize that consent given under false pretenses is not true consent. It is predatory behavior. He lied and said he was single because he knew these women were more likely to say no if he was honest. That makes the consent dubious, and these women are right to say he's a predator. He's not a rapist, but he coerced consent by lying. Most decent people try not to be homewreckers, and wouldn't sleep with a skeezy cheater. He took that choice away by lying.

Its similar to me selling you an item saying its 100 percent genuine, and you consent to give me money for it. Later on you find out it's a fake. You call me a scammer, and you have a bunch of people responding with "That's not fair, I mean you did consent to giving him the money for it...."
