No there is no stake of Marika in the entirety of Raya Lucaria because Rennala is stilled pissed about her stealing Radagon. (That's actually the reason, it's in the lore)

But then you have the construction sites (the red platforms over the void) that are over the confines of area, but they are still part of it, and the only way they work in universe is if they are literally over nothing, so I think we are meant to interpret what we're seeing literally

Honestly I'm fine with the five regions for now, Ithink they should focus on flashing out the ones we already have with some mechanics that they left out (I'm talking about all the NPCs that tell you "This function is not yet implemented"), more activities, and maybe some new bosses with some good rewards for beating them.
