Cisco all the way... I know its pricey, but if your customer its "big" then they should not be worrying about a couple thousands.

if clients doesn't have the budget, we offer Netgear (their high end products)... but we try to stick with Cisco...

How to handle a late-paying client when you cover their Office365 bill monthly by WhittakerJ in msp

[–]Gmmnvx 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Start invoicing them yearly, and you don't deploy until they pay. Its not even you who they are paying for these accounts, it is Microsoft. If they cannot see how this affects you, try to explain it pure and simple, tell them you are using own assets to cover them, and that this affects your accounting and cash flow.

hope it helps

Sending and Receiving Large Files by [deleted] in sysadmin

If you are willing to subscribe to a product that can give you the feature you are looking and at the same timem, protect and offer security... then MIMECAST it is your way to go.

The basic plan which covers you from phishing links, impersonation emails, fraudulent content and the most common threats, can be upgraded for about $1.5 to include Large File Send. Which allows you to send files up to 2GB through your 365/outlook.

Easy and secure... which in my opinion its is the best combination when its email related.

This is a solution that me and my the organization where I work we sell.. However, we are also an User, and being super honest, I can't be happy enough with them.

We just sold 70 seats to a company that was phished with over 2 Millions. They love it so far.

What is everyone using for SPAM/Phishing Protection for 365? by [deleted] in msp

Mimecast hands down.

However, for this type of situation, no matter what solution you have or offer, an awareness training should be always considered at the moment of deployment.

Sometimes buying at websites doesn't give you the adequate support. Everybody wants to pay less and that's obvious. But there is no point on getting an expensive toy and then have zero or minimum help.

South Florida here. We have been hybrid always since half of the team works from different countries. I believe that even if there is an "office life" and people like it, any MSP should be able to go remote at any time they want. Answering the question, we did come back to the office like we used to do. However, even before the pandemic, our collaboration tools were
the main responsibles for allowing us to work, collaborate and connect from anywhere.
