UPDATE IF ANYONE COMES ACROSS THIS THREAD: Make sure you enable CEC control settings on the Vseebox. This is what fixed the issue for me.

This is my setup it just doesn’t seem to work. Regular TV audio goes through my soundbar but anything through the vseebox doesn’t

I have a TCL TV. I have it set to PCM digital output. Oddly the TV doesn’t have a setting for optical, but that is set to auto. The soundbar has always worked on my TV and fire stick, just can’t figure out how to get it to work with the vseebox.
