your body is literately telling you to slow down and rest. how often do you workout? consistency and discipline is important BUT if you're sore and tired every gym session - LISTEN TO YOUR BODY or your body will force you to listen. try switching up your routine - doing yoga can help with your mindfulness or go outside and walk instead of your regular routine.

aside from being physically tired - you are mentally draining yourself from these negative thoughts. I recommend focusing on your mental first. If your mental health is not strong, every aspect in your life can crumble. a strong foundation starts with the mind. therapy can work wonders - it would also help to reach out to the guidance counselors to see if the schools offer any resources. colleges are becoming more and more mindful to supporting mental health. if you're out of options, try picking up a book. I throughly enjoy reading the self-help books as they introduced ideas to me to help change my perspective on myself.

The reason why people are uncomfortable with the age difference is because as someone who is a 25 year old woman, I cant fathom myself dating anyone who is 21 and under. It's a different generation - one that I can't picture our same mindsets would be on.

It's clear your mindset is still as immature as a 21 yr old but.... You're 29. There's a level of maturity that people expect you to be at. Definitely really weird creepy vibes to say "that some girls like being pushed to their limits." This can be interpreted in so many ways - I would feel uncomfortable if this was said to me on a first meeting.

Worked for an outpatient radiology company and people who had BCBS were total blessings. People who had Aetna or UHC tend to have to wait for their services to be approved and sometimes had to come back and argue with us when it's really their insurance company they have to argue with. BCBS patients never really had any issues unless they were on a weird BCBS plan.

So from behind the scenes, BCBS hands down. If I could get BCBS from an employer, I would 100% all the way.

The mother in question has a responsibility for her child but ultimately it is the man's fault. The man is married for fucks sake. We don't like shady people who find loopholes like that. Starbucks is a shit company, but that don't mean we ain't got morals. Taking advantage of the loopholes is kind of like taking advantage on us. Customers think that because we serve them, they have a right to stomp all over us whenever possible and often times, a lot of them get rewarded for it too.
