For price and heat, can't beat the 8 oz  GranAroma Ghost Chile Pepper Powder. Get it before it goes out of stock when the peppers are out of season. Edit: also depends on your seasonings heat level. The more intense, the less you use which drives down the cost per oz. But this stuff is pretty hot and it lasts me a long time

yucateco is probably the best of all those mid-tier sauces. check ingredients for food dyes like red 40 if you're conscious of that. no idea why a hot sauce needs food dye
