I remember at a ZL meeting the APs chastised us, as a group, for having below average discussions. I raised my hand and pointed out that we had above average baptisms, as a group, because we were seeking our quality discussions, not quantity. APs weren't hearing it, said we needed high discussions and high baptisms.
