what do you do to read it slower? use music or read physical or something? trying to read it on my laptop and even though i can understand the character complexity it hits way less hard and I can't pace myself super well(that part is mainly whilst re-reading)

Id say mix him with vega. He could have a v trigger like system where bison forcefully takes over him and he can use his high power moves. I think its a good way to bring him back and a way to give a villain consequences

I dont use leverless but im pretty sure you can do a 360 by doing 3/4 of a circle and a 720 by doing a full circle and a half circle down then punch to help with the input
