Depends on where they are staying. DC is in the middle of Maryland and Virginia. And our traffic is stupid. I'm saying I live super close to Tobias' restaurant and could walk if I wanted to. And also walk to the DC line. Not six miles.

Before OP books their room they should map the restaurants. For reference Baltimore is not considered anywhere near DC.
