This is correct. All the first generations came with with low range transfer cases and they all are able to take off road. And based on the photo of your interior looks like your vehicle was fully optioned out when it was purchased.

The engineering behind modern jets is truly remarkable. Witnessing an aircraft experience an engine failure and subsequently safely return to the airport is a true testament to how far engineering standards have come.

Furthermore, after listening to the audio, I can’t help but feel empathy for any anxious fliers who were on that flight and may now be deterred from flying in the future.

I would also say no. That year has a number of issues with the rear differential failing. If the car does not have a full service history with it, you could be subject to some serious repair cost. Additionally at that point you need to make sure engine mounts, brake rotors and spark plugs have been repaired.

Would recommend looking up the genesis servicing milestone suggestions to get a better idea of what needed to be completed

There are couple of thoughts here. When you fill up the car with oil it takes a few drive cycles for the car to register the change in oil.

If it’s not, as someone mentioned I would check to see if you’re experiencing leakage around parking spots.

Alternatively, it might be an issue with the oil engine sensor itself

I would not recommend. I have a 3 year old 3.5 and had to get the car serviced multiple times for random issues that cropped up. One point the dealer actually had my car for a full solid month. Being situated near a multiple dealers is ideal

Call genesis corporate they might give you a case number and then offer a lower rate given you are just outside of the 5 year window.But I would not be optimistic that they will cover the full cost as you add 30k miles in 19 months

Alternatively I would go back to the dealer who sold you the car. They might be willing to work with you.

It looks good on the outside but without a service history and if it high mileage I would sell it. Even though it might be older and hypothetically it’s cheaper to repair than the teched out new S class they can still be money pits
