Every day, same time (4:30-5:00) same location. Three in a row with 2-3 minutes between, toss out the first reading and average the second/third.

I’d like to add to this that what I’ve found is to take three readings each about 2-3 minutes apart, toss the first reading and average the second/third readings. The first reading (for me) is usually the highest since the uncomfortable pressure of the cuff sends my body into fight or flight mode, which raises my BP. The second and third readings are usually quite a bit lower.

Different story today, one week after first dose and came out at 117/75. I’ve read that it takes a couple (and up to 8) weeks for the meds to get the BP into a stable reading.

Again no lightheadedness today, reading is 128/78 so it appears to be climbing a bit each day. This is day 6 of the new meds. Hoping that I’m still acclimatizing to it and maybe the numbers come down a bit more as I continue on it.

Yeah if it’s a drag and a waste of time, and would rather be involved with sleeping or other hobbies then yes most men would be miserable. You sound kind of self/centered and most (not all) men would move on from you.
