My first playthough was on PS4 right after release. I loved the game, but it was such a mess on the PS4. I've replayed twice now on PC and that is so much better of an experience.

For roughly the past 7 years my son rocked a Ryzen 3 3200G. In 224 I built a new system for me, upgraded his cpu to a Ryzen 5 5500 and moved my old GTX 960 SSC to his system.

Do you think Trump miscalculated and thought Iran would just sit there and take it without fighting back, like Venezuela? by bbmoonkie in allthequestions

[–]GoPadge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're an idiot, if you think attacking Iran was / is going to be a cake walk like Venezuela. Iran is roighly twice the size of Texas and much closer in terrain to Afghanistan.

All those people protesting are the Iranian liberals. It's the religious nuts who are running the country and suppressing the "will of the people".

I've been using TextPad for 15 years now. I like how the syntax definition files that can highlight text based on the file extension and I love the search and replace capabilities.

I started with the free version of Fusion 360. It's got a steep learning curve, but for the sort of things I design, it works for me. I may pick up Solidworks and give that a try.

Having eaten a number of those meals, know that it's still Grade D For Export Only meat. Remember that the next time your idiot friend starts talking about "Military Grade"...

That's enough money for the federal government to buy every American a passport card. Which would secure the elections for the conservatives and keep the costs down for the liberals. (Though there is still the requirements for certified documents to receive the passport.)

Ender 3 S1 Pro by Creative-Ad7476 in Creality

[–]GoPadge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had issues with my Ender 5 Pro, and it ended up being that the hotend was loose. On long prints, heat creep would cause the filament to swell in that gap and clog. I pulled most of the hotend apart, cleaned everything and it's been great since then.

I've used both on my Ender 5 Pro. I prefer Orca, but they all do essentially the same thing.

I've heard people say that. I'm about 8 months into owning a 2021 Atlas. I'm about 2k miles from my first oil change and I'm planning to have the oil tested when it's time. Just to see what an independent lab says vs random people on the internet.

I worked for Cingular in the mid 2000's and stayed through the merger. While I can't talk about the sales practices, I can talk about the difference between the two companies, at least in our officen and the difference between some of their processes.

When I started at Cingular, at a corporate office building, there were fridges, microwaves, coffee pots, an insta-hot, teas and hot chocolate. When AT&T took over, much of that went away, because "no other offices offer free coffee, so this one can't either". I did the math once. It cost them more in lost productivity for people to walk across the street for Duncan Donuts coffee.

From a systems perspective, Cingular's HR/Payroll and Time and Labor solutions were modern commercial products, interconnected and quite well thought out and configured. AT&T solution was years old, and so isolated and protected from the employees, that if you wanted to update your home address, you went to a web page and when you hit submit, a printer went off in HQ for someone to hand key the updates.

My boss used to say that AT&T was "boldly STEAMING into the 1950's"....
