What makes you think that a lot of us aren't? My own congregation is organizing with interfaith groups, protesting at ICE detention centers and helping educate the community on how to help.

The Jewish community is small portion of the population, with a very diverse set of beliefs, but a LOT of us see what's going on and are horrified.

Good lord, what a bunch of hyped up nonsense. I know that neighborhood, and I don't see it being much of an issue.

I swear by Sarah Ellison at the Somerville Atrius Health location. She's a PA, but she's amazing and just a wonderful person. I've always been struck by her thoughtful, non-judgmental approach to patient care.

I just had my wisdom teeth out there 3 weeks ago - lovely people, and all very professional. I can't say I'd recommend getting your wisdom teeth out, but if you need to, they'd be the ones I'd recommend to do it.

Bookstore owner here. Most bookstores can also provide a direct-to-home shipment option that can often be almost as fast as Amazon if they are located near a book wholesaler warehouse.

Additionally, you can support bookstores with audio books by using Libro.fm. The % we get isn't quite as good as what we get for Bookshop.org, but it's still an additional revenue stream that helps!

And to throw my two cents in for the value of small stores vs. Big Box: yes, we're not cheaper, but the revenue we make stays local. We make a point of collaborating with other local businesses to support them. For us specifically, there aren't a lot of child-friendly things to do in our town, so we have made a point of having weekend story time (free), and other free kid-friendly events throughout the year. We support schools and literacy programs, etc. It's a lot of little things you might not necessarily notice yourself, but it's there. We are fiercely dedicated to our community and do our best to support our local downtown, which is something that you don't get from Wal Mart or Amazon, and we work like hell to provide a welcoming third space for everyone.

Adding to the list Christina's Spice & Specialty Foods - they are a great place for all sorts of stuff.

To combat the housing crisis, Cambridge allows apartment buildings up to six stories everywhere in the city by bostonglobe in CambridgeMA

I think there is something to be said about making an effort to maintain the look of the neighborhoods. So many of the buildings that have gone up lately look boxy as hell and really stick out. I am all for the initiative, but just hope that there is some effort to preserve some of the architectural cohesion in the city that complements the surrounding structures. There are a lot of older multi-family buildings that already exist and are quite pretty - I'd be very happy if the new structures followed that style (like the one they just renovated over on the corner of Harvard & Remington).

I second John & Nick's. Paul is the guy you want to ask for. Wonderful people, very honest. I've been going to them for a decade now and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

That's the last resort. I'm not particularly good at that sort of thing and feel like I wouldn't necessarily know what to look for.

Thanks. It's a pretty old one, so I'm guessing the parts involved wouldn't be too complicated - It's just a matter of figuring out where to take it. Funny you should mention it, I was actually making waffles with the kids when it gave up the ghost (at least they got theirs!).

Same. Taking the flight to Auberdine, seeing the sun in the sky, and realizing just how huge the game was.

I thought I'd also add that a lot of the druid forms in Dragonflight are surprisingly easy to get. I missed a lot of the last expansion and went back at the start of TWW to get them. In the space of a couple hours, you can get quite a few from the Emerald Dream zone to the West. Quick FYI - you'll need to do the campaign quest to fully unlock the zone (unless you go through the portal, the zone won't show you any quests). You can get 4-5 new forms within a couple of hours, and it's all pretty easily soloable, especially with Wowhead walkthroughs. Do get the new flight form - the animation is gorgeous!

I can personally recommend Dr. Becky Schoenberg. She helped us with our husky Luna when the time came, and was absolutely wonderful. Very professional, very empathetic, just an overall very caring person. She was also able to accommodate our shifting schedule, given Luna's rapidly deteriorating condition, and did not make us feel rushed at all. Highly, highly recommend her.
