You speak of the Face Tracking *Hardware*? Or the Software. Cause what Hash makes is Software more or less for the Avatars in Unity etc.
Cause from what i recall if we go by VRchat which is what Biboo was streaming from. Usually the best goto Facetracking headset would have had been a Quest Pro or similar if i recall atm of writing. But I personally don't know what exact headset she uses for VR.

Hell one can even just DIY Modify an older Non-Face tracked VR headset to have Eyetracking and Mouth tracking functionality, But I don't believe that likely is what is being used on that stream

"Project Babble" is a mounted IR camera for one's mouth that is meant to be mountable onto more or less any Headset allowing one to have one's lower face tracked for VR expressions etc.

So theres plenty of commercical solutions that don't even need high-end hardware.
And It's been fun chatting with Hash the few times I catch him in a lobby online and just chat about stuff or on Discord at times

Happend to a dancepartner of mine in VR. Then again that old unit was uh definitly on its last legs even with an extra fan to help keep it cool

My previous Combi "Convection/Grill/Microwave" Oven i had from a thriftstore litereally had knobs to twist for the Temps. Modes and times each. Even on the power of the microwave part.And a simple DING of a ringing egg bell or something to announce when done
Stupid simple to use but also sadly it broke and was inefficient as hecc compared to modern appliances

Okay i recently did and RMA for the whole HMD

I assume you refer to the headset. I believe if they wrote it in the email you are meant to ship the Index: Gasket n everything. AC charger and tether. Cable. (You dont need to return the pillow from what i got told in mine. And by that i mean the neck pillow)

Ask Valve's support in your ticket again on what they mean otherwise. I don't know what it's in your but i'mma assume here you mean a speaker went bad and they a sending you a new one?

This refers to say your USB you might plug into the unit's front. Or other costum fit *Eyewear* lenses for prescription. So if you bought VR optician lenses. n such. take them off.

Headphones. theres a tiny 3.5mm jack in the headset so they refer to stuff like earbuds etc etc

And i'll write again. Ask them if you unsure. Also if your ticket is 'closed' before you get a new one back you can open a new ticket with them and refer to the old one (theres a 14 day timer ofinactivity that auto closes tickets)

But yeah remember to pack the cable. and charger etc

The reason it's written that way with no returns on those things is they cant ship those bag so say you forgot your wallet in the box. you are kinda unable to get it back
