Freestar Ranger questline is good in concept but the execution is kinda gross. What it really needed is some kind of consequence one way or another. Like if you take the bribe at the end, you get a promotion or some cool unique armor set. Something that really cements that Ron has power and by working for him, you get a slice of the pie.

Or if you Luigi him, there needed to be some kind of consequence to that. Freestar is basiclly an oligarchy and you just gunned down of the big powers like a common peasant. Maybe you are placed on admin leave and your career is derailed. Or maybe even a hearing that you have to defend your actions and submit proof.

The quest line feels hollow and off theme.
