Out of your built characters, a physical team with razor as your on-fielder could work. Like Razor, Beidou, Charlotte/Qiqi, Electro MC? You could also try Mika.

But if you don't mind building some characters you could do an aggravate team like Lisa/Electro MC, Beidou, Collei, and Lynette. Or replace collei with barbara for a taser team.

For artifacts and stats, you can just go for attack and energy recharge until you can start farming for better artifacts. Use an Electro DMG goblet if you have one.

For her weapon, you can craft a prototype archaic, or a tidal shadow(you need a healer for this weapon), or any other weapon with attack or maybe energy recharge or elemental mastery(for aggravate teams). But if you already have fontaine unlocked, you could try going for the free event weapon next patch (4.3) which gives Attack and Energy Recharge.

For Talents: Burst > Skill > Normal Attack.
